Our second Project was another black and white/ value/ shadow project, but it wasn't easier though we just did . This time we didn't had just pencil and eraser, but "The Hub" is what the whole thing created. It determined, where it gets lighter or darker. What's in front or more in the back. Where the value is. I learned that shade is one is most important things in the world. It makes things alive and let them touch our heart. At first I had many trouble with finding black/middle and white tones. But when I found them then it was a little easier. I wasn't sure how to really let the white and black flow into each other so it doesn't look as choppily as it does no. It was fun but it wasn't the first time I used it so it was kind of a "get-better" and not "try-something-new" state. Although it was much fun and I really enjoyed it. But I didn't liked that my fingers and my paper was always black after I was done with drawing. |
